Services Provided
Maphake Automation provides website design, landing pages, business websites, AI assistants, booking system setup, lead capture forms, WhatsApp integration, email automation, support automation, workflow automation, website maintenance, domain connection guidance, and business email setup guidance.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the project size, features required, content provided, domain or hosting needs, and automation complexity. A quote is only confirmed after Maphake Automation reviews the client requirements.
Payments and Deposits
Work only begins once the project scope, pricing, and payment terms have been confirmed. Deposits may be required before work begins. Work may be paused if payments are not received as agreed.
Project Scope
The project scope includes only the agreed pages, features, content, tools, and deliverables confirmed before work begins. Any change outside that scope may require a revised quote.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, logos, images, service descriptions, approvals, feedback, and access details required for the project.
Revisions
Revisions only apply to changes within the agreed project scope. Extra pages, new features, major design changes, or new automation requests may be charged separately.
Extra Work and Add-ons
Optional add-ons such as booking systems, AI assistant setup, extra pages, WhatsApp integration, business email setup, domain connection, and automation workflows may be charged separately.
Domains, Hosting and Business Email
Domain registration, hosting, business email, paid tools, and third-party subscriptions are not included in website package prices unless clearly stated. The client should own their domain under their own name or business account. Maphake Automation can assist with setup and DNS connection, but ownership remains with the client.
Third-Party Tools
Third-party tools may have their own fees, terms, downtime, limitations, and policy changes. Maphake Automation is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms.
Project Timelines
Timelines depend on project size, content availability, feedback, approvals, access details, and third-party platforms. Delays may occur if required information is not provided on time.
Approval and Launch
Before launch, clients can review the website or system. Once approved and launched or handed over, further changes may be charged separately unless covered by a maintenance plan.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Deposits and payments may be partially or fully non-refundable where planning, design, development, setup, configuration, or delivered work has already been completed.
Website Ownership and Handover
Once agreed payment is completed and the project is handed over, the client owns the final website content and agreed deliverables. Third-party tools, domains, hosting, plugins, and platforms remain subject to their own terms.
Monthly Maintenance
Monthly maintenance may include small updates, basic edits, minor checks, content changes, and general support depending on the selected plan. It does not automatically include major redesigns, new pages, advanced development, or new automation workflows.
AI Assistant and Automation Disclaimer
AI assistants and automation systems are built to help improve communication and workflow, but final business decisions, pricing, timelines, and customer communication remain the responsibility of the business owner.
Limitation of Liability
Maphake Automation does not guarantee specific business results, sales, rankings, leads, traffic, or income. Clients are responsible for how they use the website, tools, content, and systems provided.
